Kicking It Into High Gear

I felt pretty good starting out this morning with a speedy starting pace. It was a short run this morning so I kicked it up a notch s bit above the easy pace that was called for. I love it a couple of the worship songs come on that talk about running or moving, those really get me fired up. One thing is for certain, winter running is certainly my thing. I’m not sure if I’d go so far as to say that I would choose winter over summer, but it comes close.
