Sloshing Through A Wet Tuesday Long Run

Even though it had snowed the night before, it was a pretty wet run. When I got done my socks were soaked. One aspect of the slush that I don’t enjoy, besides the wet feet, is the buildup of ice that happens in my cleats and having to run with ice balls stuck to your feet. On the bright side it encouraged me to slow down.
