Putting In Some Running Time, And Not Worrying About The Rest

Instead of the tempo run that I was supposed to run I decided to just run for 50 minutes. My goal was simply to run for that amount of time and not worry about how far or how fast I was going.

I’m not sure if I feel better about running just running with only a goal of his long. My overall pace average was slower than my last 50 minute run, and my average heart rate was way too high. I know that I need to work on some eating changes as well as increasing the number of times I run per week. Time will tell what this year’s running will look like.

    Christmas Eve 10K+ Training Run

Got out and tackled a 5+ mile run. I was happy to see the sidewalk plows had been out which made for nicer running conditions compared to Saturday. It was a good run just focusing on getting the miles in and not so much what my pace was. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus Give to clean…

A New Well Is A Celebration

When visited Sierra Leone I was able to experience a village celebration of a new well. The joy and excitement that I saw made every mile I ran through #HWI worth every challenge, or pain, or struggle. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon Donate to Clean Water: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
