August Has to be the Real Dog Days of Summer for 2021

Summer running is honestly not my favorite. As crazy as it may seem to many I enjoy Winter running more. I suppose early Spring or late Fall may be nicer, but there is no doubting that Winter is the coolest time to run. This year I think August has been the hottest, and most humid, that it’s ever been. Walking out the door in the early morning to heat and humidity is dreadful.
