Kicking off the First Full Week of 2021

Every day is a new day, a chance to start again. While in the past my running focused a lot on trying to get faster, and hit another PR, this year feels like it’s it’s going to be a bit more of a reset and restoration year.

Some of the focus change for this new year is not just about running but about life in general. Sometimes life is more of a rollercoaster ride than just an ongoing hike to the top of the mountain. It still requires perseverance and not letting the hard days keep you down.
