Battling The Cold And Wind

It was a tough early morning training run today. I can definitely tell that I haven’t eating well and getting enough sleep lately. I really need to reevaluate what I’m doing outside of my training runs if I’m going to even hope to complete another marathon. I enjoyed the worship time I had, which was one the major things keeping me going.
