Back In The High [Intensity] Life Again

After a brief hiatus on Tuesday, no thanks to a cold and a bad nights rest, I was back out for my early morning run. I really had my butt kicked with a high intensity interval run. I think my only slight advantage was have a previous week of out of the park fast runs. I could sure tell that I had missed a day of running though. Regardless of how tough it might have been it still felt good to be back out running. On Tuesday when I didn’t get out for my run the whole day seemed off. I’m not sure how I’m going to get my Saturday run in with being out of town in a trip to Chicago. We’ll see.

Setting up a Web Server Using Docker on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Ampere arm64 Always Free Instance

After successfully migrating from a #DigitalOcean Droplet for my #Mastodon instance I decided to take advantage of the remaining resources still available on #OracleCloud to migrate my web hosting as well. I’m going to be taking a different approach, basically because of the #arm64 setup, and using #Docker for running most of my hosting setup. This post serves as an on-going guide to that setup.
