Kicking Off A New Training Plan

After still not quite getting much in for running the last two weeks I decided to just start a new training plan. For me, I need the motivation of a plan. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a matter of if I don’t have a plan I won’t run, it does make it harder, but it really comes down to just not wanting to have to figure what I’m going to run every morning. With a training plan there is no question of what am I going to run, I don’t have to think about it, I just get out there and do what the plan says.

Besides starting a new training plan, something that was said to me the night before, in regards to seeing my running photos on social media so often. Was that they wouldn’t be able to forget some of those photos. That to me means that I’m keeping the mission out there and in people’s minds. I recall this past summer someone that I talked to at the Grand Rapids WordCamp that they enjoyed seeing me out there running, and they actually gave to Hope Water as a result.
