Beginning The Mileage Increase

The training schedule this week is starting to increase my weekly miles, so my mornings are going to begin getting earlier. Early mornings are actually hard for me but it’s the only way I can really make the time to run. Why would I choose to get up in the wee hours of the morning to run? This is part of and my commitment to while hopefully inspiring others through my commitment.
