12 Minute Fitness Level Test Run On A Brisk Fall Morning

While we all have been impacted by this pandemic the biggest impact is on those that were already struggling. We can’t let the pandemic keep us from continuing to help those in need. We just have to find safe ways of doing that. Despite the pandemic there is still a great need for water, so I continue to run.

I was surprised to see an evaluation run come up so early in the training plan. I didn’t take a good look at the overall plan initially so I’ll have a hard time gauging what adjustments will have been made to my plan. So far the easy runs have been way slower than in used to, and I’ve been running then faster regardless.
