Still Working on Getting Back Into My Training

The morning started off a bit later than it should have but I still got my 4 miles in. The run was still a bit of a challenge, I could tell that I hadn’t gotten in the miles I should have the previous week. I’m a bit concerned how the Saturday 9 miles is going to go.
