Tackling A Tuesday Speed Run With Chris

Distance: 5.9 Miles, Time: 1:03:03, Pace: 10:41 mile | Tim & Chris at Rosewood Park

It was a great brisk morning for a speed run with Chris. I appreciate Chris coming out to run with me knowing that it was probably a slower run for him. I loved being able to have someone to talk to through the run as it always makes the runs go faster.

    Running Goals & Purpose

When I start talking with people about my running there is always the question of why I’m running and what my goals are. I’ll be honest that running just kind of happened. Don’t misunderstand, running wasn’t an accident, but rather came out of inspiration from my wife and the fact that a team of runners…
