Monday Running With High Winds And Snowy Footing

Hudsonville - Easy Run | Distance: 3.56 miles, Time: 40:11, Pace: 11:15 min/mile

It was supposed to be an easy run but with the wind and snowy walkways it was pretty tough out there this morning. It didn’t help matters that I didn’t get a great nights sleep and it took me forever to get out the door. I didn’t do the optional extra 10 minutes either because I just wasn’t up for it.
