Getting Out of Bed and Out the Door

This morning I almost didn’t make it out of bed for my run. I got up later than planned but I did manage to get out of bed and out the door. I set out to keep it an easy run and I managed to get done with a decent time and feeling good. Sometimes when we least expect it a run can be really good.
