First Interval Training Run in A Long Time

Not that my overall average pace really would indicate it, but today was an interval run, so a speed work training day. I think during some of my intervals I was up to a 7:30 min/mile pace. This was my first interval running using the Garmin so it took a bit to get into a groove with how it works. Another bit against me was that Garmin was very clear that I didn’t get very good, or enough, sleep last night and I was going to suffer today for it.
