Getting The Rest You Need Makes For A Great Run

Last night I made a point of putting the phone away and getting to bed at a decent time. This morning I had a great run. Everything in life requires balance. If things are going rough in some areas or your life then perhaps there is some other aspect of your life that is out of balance.
