No One Cares If I Get My Run In…To Run Or To Sleep

I have to believe that every runner has those days where you have to sell yourself on the idea of getting your run in. I enjoy my running time, but there are those days where I get up and think to myself, “No one cares if I go out and run, I could just go back to bed”, but when I think about why I am running the idea of not going out quickly fades away.
