Well, this morning was not a typical training run. With having to start work at 5:30 in the morning my focus was mostly on getting done as quick as I could. I did take some time at the end of my run for some prayer time, so it wasn’t a total loss. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus
