It was a little wet this morning, but it was just a short fitness assessment run. When you are going all out for 12 minutes you start break down the time into segments just to keep from getting overwhelmed. The rain made it a little more challenging to see but I managed it well enough. The rain was refreshing and a great way to keep cooled down while running.
