Final Training Week Before The Groundhog Marathon

It was kind of strange to not have ran since last Thursday, and I always fear any sort of break is going to set my training back. Once I hit the pavement I was moving just as if I hadn’t taken a break.

Right now the people of Sierra Leone are in the middle of the dry season. This is a tough time for those that don’t have access to clean water. Bring hope to the people of Sierra Leone by giving to clean water. https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
