First Long Run of 2023

Distance: 8.55 miles, Time: 1:35:15, Pace: 11:09 min/mile | Hudsonville - Progression Run / Late evening selfie in the neighborhood with street lights shining in the background.

I missed a run this past week, and really didn’t feel like getting up so early this morning. I still managed to get out this evening and get a long run in. It was tough, but at the same time it felt good to get out there and just run. I was glad that it didn’t feel like I was starting all over with running.
