Monday Morning Speed Work, And It Didn’t Kick My Butt

I adjusted my training plan a little so today ended up being a speed workout instead of a recovery run. I managed it well enough though, without feeling like the run kicked my butt. Let’s hope that I can continue to get myself ready for the upcoming half marathon.
