12 Minute Fitness Level Test Run On A Brisk Fall Morning

While we all have been impacted by this pandemic the biggest impact is on those that were already struggling. We can’t let the pandemic keep us from continuing to help those in need. We just have to find safe ways of doing that. Despite the pandemic there is still a great need for water, so I continue to run.

I was surprised to see an evaluation run come up so early in the training plan. I didn’t take a good look at the overall plan initially so I’ll have a hard time gauging what adjustments will have been made to my plan. So far the easy runs have been way slower than in used to, and I’ve been running then faster regardless.

How Often Do We Use Water?

In the U.S. pretty much everyone has running water where they live. How much water do we use in a day? A Training Run Of Reflection

Knocking Out A Hot 18 Miles

Knocked out a long 18 miles with my running partner this morning. Glad to have someone to help keep me going. “If you want to run fast, run alone. If you want to run far, run in community.” The second half of the run was hot out in that sun. #HWI #GRMarathon #Run4Water
