Finished Another 3.79mi Run Today

It was a wet snowy morning, which didn’t help my pace any. I honestly didn’t even feel like going out this morning, knowing that I don’t really have a race to train for right now.

There are a lot of virtual races I could sign up for I suppose but I don’t really feel like those are going to keep me motivated. I start to wonder if it’s time to give up the races and just run a set number of miles a week. However, part of doing the races is also to bring awareness for the need of, and raise support for, clean water.

    Crazy Midday Training Run

Home from camping and got my Monday training run done. Word of wisdom, don’t go out running in midday for a training run. You are crazy if you do. ? It’s was a hot run that’s no doubt. Happy to have worship music going to keep me motivated. #HWI #GRMarathon #Run4Water #Dedicated2TheCause #HotRun
