Increasing The Effort, Starting to Recover

Distance: 4.52 miles, Time: 50:02, Pace: 11:04 min/mile | Hudsonville - Progressive Run / Me early in the morning on the street outside my home with the snowy yards in the background.

I did feel a little bit of foot pain after the run today but not too bad. I’m hoping that I can get back into a better routine of running and stick to the training plan, it’s been a a challenge lately.
