Doing An Easy Run To Avoid Injury

With the ice that hit yesterday I make sure to take it way and be on theo lookout for slick spots. The cleats I have do a pretty good job of keeping me from slipping, but I still didn’t want to take any chances of getting an injury this close to the marathon.
