Relegating To The Treadmill

With my wife out of town I can’t be leaving the kids home alone, this means the treadmill it is. I think this is the first time I’ve been on the treadmill probably in the last 8-10 months. I literally can’t remember the last time I had to use it. For times like these I’m glad we have it or there would be no running.

Since the treadmill required significantly less thought, except for changing the speed during the short interval run segment, it gave me ample time to think about the Sierra Leone team and trip. I continue to pray for our team’s planning and the journey to come.

Decided to “follow” the #Endomondo training plan today to get a longer interval run in. So far I’ve been doing some mix of the #HWI training plan and the Endomondo one. We’ll see how well that works out for me. It was a very cool morning for a run, I was pretty surprised when I…
